Mechanical, electrical and plumbing system assessment of the School of Dentistry, which consists of the Wood, Lyons and WB Perkinson buildings. Specific areas within the buildings were identified by the client as potential renovation areas that were the focus of the assessment. An overview of the main building systems was also completed. Mechanical systems included in the assessment were dual duct air handling units with dehumidifier spray coils, steam coils, and steam humidifiers. Plumbing systems included sanitary and vent, domestic water, medical air, dental vacuum, and natural gas systems.
